Help the little thing!

Michelle brought herself closer to the doll, the whole event feeling like somthing out of a child's movie. "Uh...Are you...real?"
"Yes!" Said the tiny figure. "I'm Jessica! We go to the same school! Please, you have to help me!"
Michelle blinked, at least they had one thing in common. "Um... How'd you get so...small-ish?"
"I don't know!" Jessica squeaked. "It just happened, I don't know how!"
Michelle thought for a second, letting all this sink in. Right here and now she had a three-inched classmate she never knew existed right in front of her...What was she supposed to do with that?
