“Man I’m beat!” Nick sighed as he and Judy walked towards the exit of the ZPD.

“Thank goodness our shifts are over. I need to take a long, hot shower when I get home.” Judy said, rolling her stiff neck.

As they entered the large atrium at the front of the building Nick turned to see the front desk was empty.

“Guess Clawhauser left early.” He smiled. “Man, this place feels so empty without him here.”

“You know, I feel like I haven’t seen him all day. Was Clawhauser in this morning?”

“I don’t remember,” Nick said, both friends stopped and pondered. “Come to think of it, I haven’t seen buffalo butt around today eitther.”

“It’s Chief Bogo, Nick. Not Buffalo butt. You really need to stop calling him that. If he ever hears you….”

“Ooooh, I’m so scared,” Nick sais feigning fright with a laugh.

Just then both friends felt a chill go down their spines. What happened next?
