"...Swap ears between Nick and me," Judy said before a bright flash like from a camera filled the room.
"Really, Carrots?" Nick asked before he felt a slight tug at his ears. "Ow, ow, ow, ow."
It was like an invisible someone was grabbed both of his pointy fox ears and stretching them upwards, enough that they were actually stretching out and lengthening. They kept growing and growing, and as they did they pointed of them smoothed out until they looked distinctly rabbit-like.
Across from him, Judy was battling with her out changes, though hers were a little less uncomfortable. She giggled as her ears folded inwards, like they were being sucked into her skull slightly. When they were about half as big as they usually were, the ends sharpened into Nick's pointy fox ears. Though both of their fur colors remained the same.
They looked into their reflections, Nick with his bunny ears and Judy with her fox ones.
"We look ridiculous," Nick said.
"I know," Judy giggled. "But this is kind of cool. Now, Stone I want--"
"Oh, no you don't," Nick said, snatching the stone from Judy's paws. "You've already made three wishes from the flash to the mirror to our ears. I'd like a turn now."
"Alright, slick," Judy said, crossing her arms with a smile. "What do you want to wish for then?"
Nick thought for a moment as he looked down at Judy with her ears. You know...She'd make a pretty cute fox. Of course, they agreed that if something was done to one of them, it would be done to both of them. Then again, he could make anything happen to them. The power was in his paws, literally. Maybe he could work it slowly so Judy might not suspect anything.
