Jane finds Kate changing back

Jane was in her home staring at the mirror seeing her tail wag, although she disliked the idea of having a tail, it brought her some happiness.

"its time to go to Lauren's house to pick up Kate. The curse would be over and Kate won't have to worry about this anymore." thought Jane as she exited the house

"you're here early, she hasn't changed back yet but you can stay" said Lauren

"where is she?" asked Jane

Lauren pointed to Kate, currently a dog. Jane bent down to hug her, Lauren smiled as she saw Jane's tail wag behind her dress, lifting it in the process.

Kate the dog started to whine and howl, moving unnaturally.

"What's wrong with her?!" asked Jane

"she's changing back"

The dog's body stretched, growing, her muzzle returned to human shape as its whines turned human. Kate stretched her arms forward as her paws lengthened into hands.

Kate stood up looking at Jane shocked "I-I'm back" said Kate

"not quite" said Lauren

Kate fell down on all fours moaning and she yelped each time her tail got sucked a bit more back into her body. She could feel it wagging, wanting to stay until it was gone.

Jane covered Kate with a towel to hide her nakedness from the neighbors.

"that was horrible, I'm glad its over" said Kate

"I'm glad you're back" said Jane, Kate saw Jane's tail wag and she remembered it was only over for her and Jane would still have to live with a curse.
