Knuckles grows while he's knocked out

Knuckles laid down on the floor unconscious. His body slowly starting to get bigger. His gloves and shoes began to tear and stretch as he grew, until they could no longer hold and burst, revealing his bare hands and feet. His body continued to get bigger as he laid there unconscious, unaware of the height he was gaining. He finally stopped growing at an impressive 200ft tall.
