Its been months since sonic last defeated Dr Eggman and no one has seen him. Great news to most Rouge was starting to get annoyed with the lask of intresting missions. With no new missions from the united federation she was just left with free time which she used to steal a few priceless jewels but, after so long she even grew tired of adding to her collection.
She knew with how peaceful it has been recently Tails probably spent a lot of time in his workshop meaning he probably invented somthing new Rouge could use to past the time. It took her a day to crack tails security longest she spent on any system but even that was more excitement then she has seen recently. So that night after Tails left she went in to find something to play with.
Almost instantly her attention fell on a cartoony looking gun with a dial saying ×2, ×4, ÷2, ÷4. She looked over the blueprints to find that it was a prototype ray gun that accually works, except it hasn't been tested on anything living yet. Rouge had no problem being the first "test subject" if it works she could tower over cities and bave goddess like power over all of humanity. She grabbed the gun and the blueprints, to make sure Tails couldn't replicate the gun to quickly, and heads for the door.
