'Wow it's so soft!' Naruto thought as he rubbed Hinata's doughy belly. It wasn't really big, but it's softness amazed Naruto.
He hadn't noticed it before, too focused on her belly to do so, but actually all of Hinata seemed to have softened. Her already cherubic face had grown fuller, acquiring a pair of chubby cheeks and the beginning of a second chin. Naruto hadn't known this before, but Hinata was pretty well developed for her age, and her now bigger breasts were pushing against her jacket's fabric. Her hips were somewhat wider and her but was softer and bigger. Her thighs had become chubby enough to be noticed through her pants.
This was all very surprising, but what had Naruto mesmerized was her midsection. Bigger, chubbier, softer. His hands ran through her belly, molding her pale flesh. Naruto had never felt anything like it, so nice, so relaxing.
Slowly, Naruto started to become drowsier and drowsier, until his head and hands rested on Hinata's soft belly.
