"I think I'd feel more comfortable with you," Maria say shyly, her cheeks blushing.
"Huh, why?" you ask.
"Um, well, I don't like girls looking at mi culo," she explains, running a hand down her curvy backside for emphasis. "They always call make fun of my big butt."
"Nonsense, you're butt is perfectly fine! Those girls are just jealous."
It hits you like a ten pound brick that you probably shouldn't have made such an inappropriate piece of flattery, but Maria's giggles melt away your worries.
"Alright," You concede, "I won't call Dallas in. But you'll have to act as my assistant, alright? I can't do it all when I'm this small."
"Si, senor!" she responds.
"Good. Now then, Maria, reach into that drawer there and dig out my spelunking supplies. I'll need them for my examination."
Following your commands, your newly minted assistant digs into your drawer, locating your tools in a manner of seconds. She lowers them to your feet and you waste no time in putting them on. They consist of a helmet and flashlight combo, a stretchy rope (really an old shoelace), and a radio that broadcasts directly to some speakers in the examination room.
"Testing, testing," you say into the mic, your voice booming across the room. "Excellent. Okay, I'm all set. Maria, please strip off your pants and underwear, please."
Maria slips off her pair of skinny jeans without fuss, leaving her lower half nearly nude save for a thin black thong. You can easily make out the shape of her nether-lips, but more significantly, you're amazed by just how confident the Puerto Rican is acting. It was usually a struggle to get your female patients to undress, but Maria seemed undeterred. The benefits of being a model, you suppose.
The show gets even better as the thin piece of lacy slides down her gorges thighs, landing on the floor. The beautiful girl is now entirely undressed before you. Taking in the awesome sight for a brief moment, you continue with the examination, lest you reveal your perverted nature.
"We're ready to begin then, Maria," you say. "The only problem left is my entry. Normally, I'd have Dallas use a speculum to pry open your anus so I could crawl in, but since it's just me and you, you're gonna have to do that.
