This choice: Give her the ticket for her phone number • Go Back...Chapter #8Give her the ticket for her phone number by: jorilla Thinking that you would like to actually see how a date would play out, you decided to ask for her phone number. "I wasn't planning on using it anyway, so sure, you can have it."
Maya leapt up in what you assumed to be pure joy. "Wow, thank you sir!" Her smile was absolutely dazzling, and her eyes seemed to have a sparkle to them. You almost didn't want to add your minor stipulation, simply because it might put a damper on her good mood. Almost.
"Now, before I hand it over I would like one thing from you. Well two, really. First, my name is blank so no need for sir anymore. I hate when people call me that, too formal. Second, and most importantly, I would love it if you would give me your phone number."
Maya's good mood did not seem to falter in the least, although she did look a tad confused. "Sure blank, but why? My number I mean, not the sir thing. I can understand that."
"Well, I would like to go out some time and standing around outside the theater until I see you does not seem like the brightest idea. I would offer to buy you dinner, but the movie starts in about five minutes so..."
Maya seems to become even more overjoyed than before, if that is even possible. "Wow, movie tickets and an offer of dinner! You really know the way to a girls heart, huh? Well of course you can have my number. Keep playing your cards right, and you may never get rid of me!" That last statement was made with a chuckle and playful wink. She quickly pulled out a business card, with her name and contact information. It is also marked with her profession as well, something about being the master of a village. It would explain the weird outfit.
After passing you the card, a voice called out from the theater. It announced that the last showing of the movie was about to begin. "Oh no, I better hurry! Call me later blank!" And with that she was gone. Although her image was still burnt into your mind, from her adorably odd hair to her perfect toes. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
