A black headed girl stood at the hokage's office. Her feet were shaking, she was clearly nervous. The reason you might ask? Well, for starters, tsunade was drunk. It's basically common knowledge to not mess with tsunade when she was drunk. Second off, Sakura had messed up one of her missions, infuriating the drunk kunoichi.
"GO SHIZUNE, TEACH THAT PINK HEADED TWERP A LESSON!!!!" the drunk kunoichi had bursted out. She obviously couldn't control her temper, which was something Shizune hated about her. "But tsunade, why can't you do it?" Shizune tried to reason with her. It was no use, almost everyone knew that when tsunade was mad, she stayed mad. Which you could probably guess her reaction after this comment. Tsunade gave Shizune a death stare, in which the black headed kunoichi started sweating bullets.
"Haha, Let me excuse myself, your order will be done in no time!" Shizune tried to laugh off the situation, she knew that she would probably get a punishment after that statement. So, she'll have to do her mission as best as possible!
Walking through the streets if Konoha, many recognized the black heard Ninja. Being the assistant of the Hokage would grant you some fame after all. Being so distracted by the several comments that the villagers of the leaf made, she was oblivious to the fact that the pink haired Kunoichi had just walked next to her.
"Hey Shizune!" The pink haired kunoichi said with a beaming smile. Though having second thoughts, Shizune knew what she had to do, It was wedgie time.
Using chakra enhanced fists, Shizune punched Sakura to a nearby alleyway. Strands of pink hair flew from the girl's head. After all, Shizune did get some training from tsunade.
"Ow, what the hell?" The pink haired girl said in surprise, in which her fellow kunoichi had let out a silent sorry. She knew what she had to do.
Walking up to the dark alleyway, Shizune approached the unaware girl. Her hands were reaching for something, something under the kunoichi's pants. She had saw how Ino had wedgied the girl yesterday, and I guess you can say she got. "Inspired"
With one pull, Sakura's white panties were pulled up, fabric was felt tugging against her ass. "EEEEEK, WHAT THE HELL SHIZUNE??????" Sakura had screamed, but while the cries of the girl was amusing, Shizune didn't want any attention to be drawn towards her. So, with one hand, she covered the girls mouth, muffling the squeaks she would make from the pain of the wedgie.
After around 5 minute's, Shizune found she had done enough. She didn't have a particular grudge against Sakura, but she had to make sure it was enough to where tsunade would be satisfied. With one final pull, Shizune decided to attack sakura's undies to a nearby tree.
