Note from Starfighter364: I have been thinking, and since the characters are supposed to be the player's character, they'll fall under the same conditions as the other characters who are supposed to be the player.
I turned on my GBA and started playing my Pokémon Sapphire, I'd chosen May as my character even though I am a boy. I suddenly turned into liquid and went inside the game. I currently had May in a spot where there was no one around, and she was surrounded by water. I landed in the water and I was worried about what had happened. I decided to try and take over May's body, because any body is better than just being liquid, and I had been playing as her anyway. I leaped up and headed towards May from the direction she wasn't looking at. She turned around and jumped back in shock before calming down.
"You scared me for a moment." She said, making me wonder why she is being so calm. I quickly shrugged it off and went in her mouth. She shuddered and jerked back for a second, but then stopped and stood still. I started going down her throat, then my body suddenly felt different.
I blinked a couple of times as I registered what felt weird. I was smaller in most aspects and had a new weight on my chest. I looked down and noticed I was wearing May's outfit; a red t-shirt (that was covering up two breasts), with a dark-blue circle around her neck, dark-blue shorts, a white skirt, May's yellow bag around my waist, red and yellow sneakers that both had a white stripe on them, black socks, white gloves that were dark blue at the area of my fingers, and something was covering my head. I looked at my reflection in the water and saw that I was now May, complete with her red bandana with a Poké Ball shape on it
"Yes! It worked! I'm May!" I exclaimed as I got a grin on my new face.
