Note from Starfighter364: I have been thinking, and since the characters are supposed to be the player's character, they'll fall under the same conditions as the other characters who are supposed to be the player.
I turned on my Nintendo DS and started playing Pokemon Diamond. I'd chosen Dawn as my character, even though I am a boy. I suddenly turned into liquid and went inside the game. I currently had Dawn in a spot where there was no one around, and she was surrounded by water. I landed in the water and I was worried about what happened. I decided to try and take over Dawn's body, because any body is better than just being liquid, and I had been playing as her anyway. I leaped up and headed towards Dawn from the direction she wasn't looking at. She turned around and jumped back in shock, before calming down.
"You scared me for a moment." She said, making you wonder why she is being so calm. I quickly shrugged in off and went in her mouth, she shuddered and jerked back for a second, but then stopped and stood still. I started going down her throat, after getting down, blacked out.
I woke up and tried to stand up, and I felt an unfamiliar weight on my chest, and I felt smaller in most aspects. I looked down and saw that I was wearing Dawn's outfit: the pink knee-high boots with black socks underneath, a white beanie on my head with a pink Poké Ball print on it, a redish-pink scarf, a black shirt with a white t-shirt underneath it, a pink skirt, a black bracelet on my right wrist, and a small yellow back pack. I looked at my reflection in the water, and I saw Dawn's face looking back. Suddenly, a flow of Dawn's memories came into my head, and I learned how to act like Dawn.
