A giant bottle hovers over you and lets loose the thick liquid it holds within. The syrup coats the stack of nine pancakes, and you are pushed below the surface. When your lungs are about to burst, you break the surface, taking in huge gulpfulls of air. Although the syrup ebbs away, you're held hostage by its stickiness. You struggle to get free, but its no use. Eventually you submit, deciding not to waste your energy on escaping and instead yell out to Matt. The only response you get from him is the growling of his shirtless stomach. You're forced to watch as he begins to eat the breakfast you're part of.
The three hard-boiled eggs that you were supposed to share go first. Matt stuffs each one into his mouth individually and, without chewing, swallows them whole. The bacon is consumed next. You cringe, believing that the stack of pancakes you're glued to is to be eaten next, but you're dead wrong.
Matt reaches out to the coffee table and picks up a glass of water with a single live goldfish inside. You'd forgotten about this part of the meal. At every breakfast, Matt drank a live goldfish. He believed strongly in the saying "You are what you eat." In this case, Matt believed that by swallowing a goldfish every morning, he would improve his already impressive swimming skills. Although you found this strange habit disgusting, it had never bothered you much. Now, at your tiny size, it was downright terrifying. You watched in horror as Matt brought the cup to his mouth. Smirking at the goldfish within, he licked his lips and tilted his head back. The poor goldfish in the cup struggled, but could not escape the current, and was sucked his cavernous maw. Shutting his mouth, Matt gulped the fishy down into his gullet. You followed the lump in his throat as it disappeared into his well-toned chest. Patting his abs, Matt's stomach seemed to give a growl of satisfaction. Now finished with his drink, Matt turned his attention back to the rest of the meal--you included.
