She refuses, she likes being pregnant.

Lily would oblige him for other things but she enjoys the feeling too much of him being inside her that she refuses. She feels so fulfilled and warm and maternal with his presence. He tries to argue with her but she says that he must have really wanted to be inside of her as things happen for a reason.
