Will TL-4476 be a normal trooper or an Arc Trooper?

Arc Troopers receive either the DC-15S carbine, or the Westar M5 blaster rifle. The fact that I favor the M5 (due to Arc Trooper Alpha's usage of the weapon) leads to the decision that the Arcs use this weapon in this story.
