Quinn uses the feather on his ribs and belly.

"Well Dustin, your feet are pretty ticklish but what about your belly?" Quinn asked with curiosity as she lifted his shirt up exposing a pale flat tummy.

"No Quinn, please don't tickle my belly it's my second most ticklish spot" Dustin claimed with eyes in fear.

"But it's just so cute" she said as she began dragging the feather across his ticklish belly from side to side.

"Puuhhleeasseee stahhppp Quinn", then his laughter shot up an octave as the feather was circling around the rim of his navel.

Quinn continued to circle the navel and occasionally dipped inside as she called it his tickle button.
Dustin continued to thrash in his bonds trying to escape the feather twirling inside.

"I can't taakeee it annyyyy mmooreee!" Dustin said with tears in his eyes.

"Fine I'll stop for now or maybe I won't." Quinn pondered
