Leslie hands over one of those under the bed storage containers of old clothes to Bob, there are clothes all the way back to her childhood, and Bob rummages through the clothes to make a costume. He carefully sorts them with Leslie's help, she take away any that she will be embarrassed to see you wear, and you are left with clothes from Leslie's childhood for the most part. Bob ponders his choices carefully, then he is surprised when he sees enough clothes to make a big sissy baby outfit, and he has Leslie slowly dress him in those clothes. She adds some touches including removing excess body hair, and tying your hair into cute pigtails.
