The week passed quickly for Scott. Even though he was bored with work, there was plenty of it and his days were full of reports, checking on his co-workers and reporting to his boss. It was up early each morning, pick up a bag of goodies on the way to work and them work through to lunch. Sometime he would just grab a sandwich, other times he had lunch meetings but by 5, he was eager to get home, have a drink with his wife and then a nice family dinner. He often had an hour or two or work in the evening before getting into bed at 11 or ao.
A week of this left Scott pretty eager for the weekend and Friday night, after a good family dinner and his daughter was in bed, Scott settled down at his computer for some relaxation. He checked email and then he remembered signing up for Facebook last week. He signed on and found that he had a bunch of new friends including his old jock buddy, Roy who had written on his wall.
"Good to hear from you buddy. Hope you are doing well."
Scott wrote about his boring week on Facebook then started to play a video game. Soon bored with that and tired from his long week, Scott poked around the refrigerator for something to eat and was soon in bed snoring.
