"My word Princess Peach, what is that strange little thing in your hand?" The elder mushroom asked curiously.
"Why this is my new friend Toadsworth, he is called....oh to tell the truth I never even asked you your name!" The pretty Mushroom Princess gasped as she continued to hold onto you gently.
"It's no problem Princess Peach....." You said defenselessly as you didn't want to have to reveal more of their world merely being fiction but the blonde haired beauty shook her head.
"Ohh but that's not right! I want to help you and first thing's first please tell us your name." Peach insisted sweetly sounding more like the traditional kind hearted royalty she was.
"My name is Kyle,pleased to meet you and your royal court Princess Peach." You had no choice but to give in she was more darn stunning,nearly lifelike if it weren't for her being digital pixels.
"Pleased to meet you Kyle! I'm very glad I found you while in the garden,otherwise who knows what might have happened to you!" Peach said sounding shocked at the thought.
"Speaking of which your Highness, may I have a word?" Toadsworth interrupted suddenly.
"Yes Toadsworth?" The princess turned her attention from you to her most trusted servant.
"What if this 'Kyle' character isn't what he seems? For all we know he could be working for.....well You-Know-Who......." And his voice trailed off.
"Toadsworth,if he was a underling of Bowser then we automatically would have known and alerted the Mario Bros. besides that's absurd Toadsworth look at him does he look like the type who would be under Bowser's command?" Peach frowned heavily as she scolded him but he continued to shake his head.
"You never know Your Highness, this could all be a ruse or he could have eaten a Miniature Mushroom and wound up that way...."
"Enough Toadsworth!" The princess got a bit peeved "I believe he's telling the absoute truth and I believe we should help him now does anyone have any suggestions...ohh I apologize,all this time we were talking and I never even asked for your opinion Kyle." She turned back to you in her hands "You said you were playing this 'Wii' video game prior to being at your present state...."
"Yeah?" You replied.
"Well was there something that caused you to end up this way,a beam of light or can you remember anything?" The princess asked curiously.
"Well the TV did go black before a bright light appeared and blinded me for a minute then everything went blank and next thing I knew I winded up here." You replied thinking hard.
"Well that settles it then the young man simply must eat a Super Mushroom then and he'll grow back to regular size!" Toadsworth said as if this was completely oblivious but the other Toads shook their heads as one spoke up for the first time.
"But you know that's not how it works Toadsworth, Super Mushrooms only work on the Marios. Who knows what would happen if a Real Worlder consumed one!"
"Oh dear I completely forgot about that!" Peach muttered as she put a free hand to her mouth looking down at you in swift concern.
"Bu..but can't you just at least try to feed one to me?" You asked but they all shook their heads.
"No,can,do little fellow! The Power-Up Mushrooms' magic are to only affected people like the Mario Bros or one of us,any normal human who eats one might get horribly sick or worse..." The same Toad spoke up again.
"I'm terribly sorry about this Kyle!" Peach looked miserable and completely sympathetic towards you. "I wish there is some sort of way we can help you get back to normal and back to your world."
