Carly rolled Spencer onto his stomach and kept tickling his sides as she slid down his legs. Spencer tried to pull himself away from Carly, but Carly grabbed his ankles and pulled him closer to the kitchen. He tried to grab onto the couch and pull himself from her tight grasp, but she was too strong for him and kept dragging him across the floor.
"Ughh. You sure are getting heavy Spencer. You need to lose weight, I used to be able to drag you with ease. I guess I'll have to tickle some pounds off of you" Carly said as they reached the sink. While holding onto Spencer's ankle with one hand, she went into the drawer and got some tape. His hands were taped behind his back. Spencer's knees where then tied together and Carly reached for his Converse shoes. Her left hand was on the heel and the right hand was on the top as she yanked his left shoe off, then yanked off the other shoe.
"Socko's socks sure are pretty" she said as she grabbed his toes of his left foot and traced her fingers down his sole. The socks were very thin, almost like silk, and her nails were able to make great contact with his skin. After she turned off the lights to those socks, she peeled that sock off his left foot. "Coochie Coochie Coo Spency", Carly said as she raked his toes. To add some extra torture, she licked his toes and Spencer could hardly contain himself. She went over to his right foot and peeled off that sock. She found out that his right foot was more ticklish of the 2.
"Ca Ca Ca Carly. stopppp. you winnnnnn AHAHAHAH"
"Man, your feet are dirty, we're going to have to clean them up a bit. Where is that brush?" She told him as she went through the drawer to find a brush they used to scrub the plans. "Ahh here it is" she spoke as she put the brush on his soles and scrubbed them hard as she put some soap on them. After an hour, they were both tired and Carly massaged Spencers feet as Spencer started to doze off.
"This brush is great. Not only it gave you a good tickle, your feet are now smooth. Thanks for being a great brother." Carly said as she caressed Spencer's arches with her thumbs.
