Stacy started to cry again as she spat up, and it fell onto her shirt.

"Ohhh, baby, don't worry."
Amanda said as she wiped off Stacy's fluids with a rag and started rocking her in her arms.
"Come on, I'll be takin' care of ya' for a while, remember?"

Stacy nodded, still loosely able to understand what she was saying (although not for long.)
