Before Gohan could say anything about his dad suddenly growing, Goku let out a large belch. He put a hand to his stomach and said, "I feel strange..."
"What's wrong dad?" Gohan asked as he noticed his father grow a few more inches, his belly slightly pushing out.
"It feels like something's swelling in my belly..."
He suddenly burped again, louder this time. Gohan noticed the growing was picking up speed. His shirt was starting to ride up showing the developing belly underneath. Gohan looked on in shock as only his height and his belly seemed to be increasing in size. His arms, legs, and chest were as muscular as they had always been, but his belly was swelling like it was filling with water. Goku had a worried look on his face as he saw his body changing to rapidly, but only let out another burp, this one loud enough to rattle the dishes. His growth picked up again, his pants tearing as he grew two feet in the next two seconds. The growth seemed to stop with Goku's head pressing up against the nine foot ceilings. His belly was sticking out in front of him like he had swallowed a beach ball. Goku rubbed it, the swelling sensation subsiding. Gohan reached out and stroked his dad's stomach, amazed at how tight the skin felt. Goku looked over his stomach at his son and said, "Gohan...what happened to me?"
Gohan explained about the potion and how he wanted to make his dad stronger. Goku grabbed his son around the waist and hugged him, the young boy's legs straddling the ball of a belly. "Thank you so much Gohan. I really do feel a lot stronger."
"Really?" Gohan asked, his face lightening as he realized his dad wasn't mad at him.
"Really." Goku said setting him back down.
He wasn't lying either. He felt much stronger than he had before. The gut wasn't anything to terrible either. It would take some getting used to but he had overcome worse hardships over the years. He smacked it and laughed as it bounced in front of him. This was actually kind of cool...
Goku looked down at Gohan who was gazing up at his father with a smile on his face.
