Kara says, "Remember, refer to me as Kara Danvers in front of my coworkers."

You ask, "Are you supposed to know Supergirl personally?"

She replies, "I've "interviewed" her, so everyone knows I've talked to her. I'm not sure if anyone thinks we're friends or not."

You say, "Just so I'll know. We can tell them Supergirl suggested that we meet."

Kara says, "That sounds good."

You say, "I'll call work, take the day off, and meet your coworkers."


She takes you to her work and introduces you.

[I'm merging timelines. She works at CatCo with Cat Grant after Wynn left]

Cat says, "You two make a cute couple. Didn't he have an incident with Supergirl?"

You say, "A little, but Supergirl was just having some fun, We made up and she said that I should meet with a reporter friend of hers. Kara and I met and I really like her."

Cat asks, "She is a great gal. She used to be my secretary and is now a reporter. What do you do for a living?"

You reply, "I'm a computer programmer."

She asks, "Do you want a new job? Our lead software guy just left. So we need someone."

Kara says, "I'll tell you that Cat is a good employer."

You say, "We can talk," and you whisper to Kara, "Didn't you tell me that the DEO needs a software guy?"

Kara says, "I'll check, but you can talk to Cat." Cat and you go into her office and then you go to meet the IT people.
