Lunch At School Or So It Seems.

    by: Ashley Author IconMail Icon
"I think I will eat you at school Monday." Erica says as she pulls Jason out the the remaining sandwich and eats it. Jason shudders at the thought that he could have been in that sandwich. "Thank you so much, Erica." Jason says. "Don't thank me, Jason, keep in mind I'm still going to eat you. I just won't eat you now." Erica responds. Jason nods as a signal that he understands. As he lives with the knowledge that this weekend could be his last.
Friday ends, followed by Saturday, and eventually Sunday ends as well. Jason is rudely awoken from his sleep Monday morning. "Wake up my little morsel. Time to get ready for school." Erica says as she grabs sleepy eyed Jason and sets him on the kitchen counter. Jason saw Erica place an apple, a pudding cup, a bottle of water, and a lettuce, tomato and cheese sandwich on white bread. "I'll leave you in here," Erica says as she places Jason in her lunch bag as well," I'll see you at lunch." she continues as she makes her way to school. Jason sat in the brown bag waiting for his inevitable doom.
Eventually the brown bag is reopened and Jason is blinded by the immense amount of light. "It's time," Erica says,"You ready for lunch?" she says with a laugh. The contents of the brown bag are emptied and Jason looked around and saw Erica along with three of her friends, a blond haired female about eighteen, a red haired girl also around the same age, and lastly a black haired girl who looked around the age of nineteen. "Are you ready for this, Jason?" Erica asks as she unwraps the plastic wrap from around her sandwich. Erica removes the top slice of bread, revealing a lettuce leaf with ketchup. "Hop in, Jason." Erica gestures. Jason reluctantly complies and as Erica is placing on the top slice of bread a word rises up from the group of Erica's friends.
