He is sorry.

"I... I don't know what to say... I just... I am sorry, honey..."
He isn't sounding like he is going to take an advantage of you.
You roll your eyes. The last thing you liked in this world was lost men, so you tell him to get up and stop. He stops, but doesn't stand up.
It is not that you like someone not following your commands, but your husband is another matter. Also, he is still trying to get to the situation, so this is explainable.
He stands up after some time murmuring something quietly, but leans down to you trying to grab you like a baby.
But you protest throwing hands up, and he stops halfway.
"So... What are you going to do now?" he asks.
