The wishing stone's demise

Kyle angrily threw the stone at the road next to them. "Kyle! What the hell are you doing?" Cartman yelled. But then a random car drove by and crushed the precious rock into pieces with its wheels. Kyle thought he was successful until he realized he forgot about Stan. Did Stan become a boy again?
