in your flattened state your options are limited, but luckily your face is pressed against her nipple. you begin to wriggle your flat head as best you can, opening your tiny flat mouth to suck on it, doing anything in your power to get the womans attention and it does...she feels something on her breast and begins rubbing it through the bikini, crushing you more against her sensitve nipple, which is begining to go hard and erect. despite this you keep at it, desperate not to end up taken home by this woman. but she keeps rubbing, thinking your an itch or something...
