Chiharu learns that the women in the Shinonome family have to power to change the size of anything by touching it and thinking how big or small they want it. But it comes of a cost, which gives them a cooldown on a specific item, like if she makes a chair small, she can't change its size for up to 48 hours. The cooldown really depends on how much smaller or bigger the item is made.
"That's neat! So I can just touch some thing and it'll change its size."
Chiharu decided to make her pillow bigger to hopefully sleep better and test out her powers. She touched it, thought of how big she wanted it, and waited. Sure enough, the pillow started to grow, and stopped at the size of a bean bag.
"Amazing!" Chiharu said as she sat down on the pillow.
"So what happens if I touch my breasts? And if it works, do I want them to be smaller or bigger?"
Chiharu pondered for a bit. She decided to make her breasts smaller for the day, then make them grow again back to her original size.
Chiharu touched her F-cup breasts and thought to make them C-cup, a decent size but not flat. She felt her chest grow cold, making her shudder. As she looked at her breasts, Chiharu saw them shrink. This made her feel happy as she wouldn't have to deal with her huge breasts for the day, but also sad because she did like having big breasts.
After her breasts shrank to C-cup, she decided to go shopping for some new clothes because she would need them for tomorrow's club meeting. After she came back, she had dinner, and went to sleep. Though out dinner, Yuriko knew something was wrong with Chiharu, but couldn't put her finger on it. She decided to not think about it and went about her evening.
The next day, Chiharu knew she would be able to make her breasts grow again. She put her hands on her breasts and thought about growing them back to F-cup, but then she thought about making them a bit bigger, since the shirts and bras she bought were a bit bigger because they didn't have her size, plus she didn't want to go to another store. The bras she bought were for H-cup and the shirts would be able to fit her breasts if she did grow to that size.
Chiharu she decided to make her breasts H-cup and go to the meeting. Her chest felt incredibly warm. She let out a small moan from the pleasure that shot through her body. After the growth Chiharu quickly changed and went to the club meeting. The meeting was nothing important, so fast-forward to her back at home.
