(I haven't watch pokemon in years, sorry for any errors. By the way i think ash is an idiot who always claims to catch them all only to never catch anything and constantly get rid of his strongest pokemon)
Ash had just lost yet again to another group of elite four and was stopping at a poke center to heal his pokemon before heading back home to take a break and visit with his mom.
"Hi nurse joy, can you heal my pokemon?" ash asks as he places his pokemon on the counter
"Certainly ash, by the way, all pokecenters have installed a new machine that helps ease the worries of trainers," nurse joy says as she hands the poke balls back to ash.
"That sounds nice, how does it work?"
"The trainer gets into a pod and a nurse joy gets into a connected pod where she operates the machine. You come out feeling like an entirely new person." Nurse joy says soothingly
"Lead the way." ash exclaims
Leading ash into a room with two pods as described, Nurse joy directs ash into a pod and quietly locks it while making her way into her own pod. pressing a button on the inside, Nurse joy and ash watch as the machine whirls to life, many mechanical arms moving into position. First a pair or arms extend and carefully remove both ash's and joy's clothes before dropping them into a chute that is connected to the other pods, next gas is released into ash's pod inducing a induced state meanwhile a syringe is injected into the waist, hips and breast/pecs of both nurse joy and ash.
Now impaired ash slurs out, "this feelss nish" not noticing his hair rapidly growing or his body gaining a womanly shape as he grows a foot in height. the opposite is happening in nurse joy's pod as she finds herself shrinking in all departments, one of the arms even extends with a pair of scissors and trims her hair to ash's length and style. Dye's are then applied to both nurse joys hair and ash's hair. The soon to be former nurse joy watches in awe as a penis grows out from her now former vagina, ash to delirious to notice that he is a now a naked nurse joy. the mechanical arms then retrieve the clothes from the chute as ash is dressed in his new uniform and the former nurse joy is dressed in ash's clothes.
Exiting the pod new ash walks over to a pokeball that was hidden from view. clicking the button, Joy steps back as a Hypno was released.
"Hypno" the hypno says
"Hypno, its me nurse joy, the plan worked, when I release ash from the pod, place ash into a trance where i can give him commands." Joy says getting a nod from the borrowed pokemon. Grabbing a syringe from a nearby table, joy opens the pod and injects the syringe into ash's arm which quickly brings ash out of his induced state. It doesn't take long for ash to realize that he is no longer in his own body.
"What happened to me, why am i nurse joy and why do you look like me." Ash panics
"Hypno now." Joy exclaims
the Hypno quickly hypnotizes ash using the ring on a string before stepping aside for the former nurse joy. "Ash you were always a terrible trainer and so from now on you are nurse joy, my girlfriend
