What about Cate?

Catherine "Cate" Baker

When she was a teenager, she was mocked for being very chubby. Not even fat, she realises now, just very chubby. She was called "Cake Baker" by her high school bullies. She moved away after graduation and when she moved back, recently, she had lost all that weight and become a very slim but muscular personal trainer. She soon tracked down all of her old high school bullies to hire herself out to help them stay slim.

What has actually happened is that Cate only looks like she's lost weight, but she's actually fatter than ever. When she gets her old bullies to hire her, she's actually making them imagine that they've lost weight and had workouts when, really, she's changed reality so that fat is popular and getting them to gorge, feeling humiliated about their skinny bodies.
