After Knuckles felt his thirst was quenched, he sat down beside the stream, wiped his face and watched the water flow by. Knuckles was enjoying the peace of the moment until he suddenly felt a sharp emptiness in his stomach that growled.

"Oh right, I haven't eaten anything all day..." Knuckles chuckled to himself as he rubbed his currently concave tummy with his hands.
