"New? Welcome! Let me introduce myself! Name's Ant!" She said with a grin, her ebullient voice making Lisa blink. Lisa smirked; that was clearly an ironic name and this woman seemed to know it full well.
"I'm Lisa," came her reply as she shook hands with the large Ant, her slender fingers engulfed by the plump digits of the other woman's hand.
"So what brings you to city hall, Lisa? If you're visiting, we have so many amazing places you could go to. If you're still on the lookout for a good restaurant, there's one that's almost on the far side of town. Best I've been to."
Lisa nodded, pondering her next question. This restaurant near the edge of South Barkalow sounded interesting for Ant to single out. Could this restaurant be a factor in the town's weight gain? The idea sounded preposterous, but she had learned over her journalistic history to consider every possibility, even the ludicrous ones.
On the other hand, Lisa seemed friendly enough to discuss the town's history and the reasons for her being here. It may not be wise to reveal her objective so prematurely, but there was every chance she could be pointed in the right direction. As long as she said nothing to insult or offend, she would have a superb fount of information in Ant.
