The roll of toilet paper in your home bathroom ...

You feel nauseous as your world goes black again. You are stuck in the darkness for a few minutes before you regain consciousness and being able to see. You are able to see the side of a toilet and a shower behind that but in 360 degrees. You know you seen that somewhere before but it isn’t coming to your mind but after a couple minutes of thinking you realize it’s your houses bathroom. You can’t place your finger on what you are but then you hear the door open. You are out of view so you aren’t sure who it was that came in but you know whoever it was closed the door and locked it behind them. You hear the footsteps getting louder until they are finally in your viewing range. You see it is your younger sister Stacey. You see her pull down her clothing on her lower half and turn around to sit on the porcelain throne in front of you. Does she need to urinate or defecate?
