The Sperm Whale positions its anus above him.

As you swim upwards, you see a blurry figure appear, and it falls down on you. The sphincter massages your upper body and pulls you inside the whale's massive anus. It then closes fully and tightly once you're inside. You bang against the walls, and scream desperately as the putrid smell fills your nostrils. You eventually hit your head on the ceiling, and you pass out. When you wake up...
