You wake up still in the ass

You awake with a groan, looking around your tight, moist surroundings. You quickly realize you are still inside of the whale's massive asshole. You groan and squirm, patiently waiting.

After several hours you would feel the relief of the whale's muscles tightening and pushing, the whale beginning to shit into the water, through you, the only problem is you are not pushed out as well. You begin to scream and panic to no avail, you spend the rest of your life inside the whale's asshole, unable to escape.
