How low can you go?

The device spins up, light fills the room and around the down as it readies to fire. Then, rather than spiting light at your enemies, the cats, a blinding light shoots into the sky and forms a sphere. Everyone looks up at the sight and then it falls back to the ground, everything has gone down hill.

The entire city gets smaller and smaller, though it was just this one city. Wolves elsewhere would be unharmed, unless the effects were much more wide-spread than anyone believed. All around the wolves, tree's are getting bigger and bigger, maybe even the grass....

The question know is, where will the ride end?
