The phone rang for a second as you impatiently tapped your foot on the ground for Splotchy to answer. Your mind jumped as you heard a click and Splotchy's voice on the other side.
"Yes, this is Splotchsonrequence Inkston." You heard a ho hum voice on the other side of the line say.
"Splotchy?"
"Shela, it's nice to hear from you" Splotchy said on the other line "is there anything I can help you with?"
"I am starting a band" you replied, followed by a small moment of silence over the line before Splotchy going "and your calling me why?"
"I wan't you to be my singer" There was a moment of laughter as you heard Splotchy said "you should know better that I can't sing."
"Oh yes you can, I heard you when you were singing in my shower a few years back." You replied in a "as a matter of fact" kind of tone.
Splotchy sighed as he pointed out "everyone sounds better in the shower."
"But will you come over to my place so I can prove you wrong" you asked, trying to sound sweet.
There was a sigh over the phone before Splotchy said "alright, but beleve me when I say that I am not that good of singer. I am an artist, not a pop star."
But in your mind, you hoped to change that. After hanging up the phone you consider what to do next
