Our college had a world class gym with any and every piece of equipment you could ever want. (if only they spent this much money on academics) I'd only been there a couple times and strictly stuck to the treadmill and stair-climber. But now that I was starting to get on a real muscle kick, I wanted to see if I could take it further.
Still a bit shy to just jump into something I'd never tried before, I walked around a bit, taking mental notes on what exercises people were doing and how to do them. I eventually settled on an ignored leg press machine off in a corner. After little experimentation, I found a weight that felt right to me and proceeded to slowly push the metal footplate back and forth.
After about 10 reps my legs started to feel tight and kinda tingly. I didn't feel like I'd overdone it or anything, in fact the weight felt lighter than when I started. But I got concerned and got off the machine.
Looking in the endless stretch of mirrors that covered every wall, my thighs and calves already looked a little rounder and more solid. That tingle must've been my muscles growing. I giggled with joy and ran off to try another machine.
...
Within a week I was hooked. I was spending almost two hours a day at the gym exercising whatever bodyparts struck my fancy. I'd even started using some of the free weights, relishing that tingly feeling as I pumped my muscles larger and larger.
At 6 feet tall and 185 pounds, I was quickly turning into one hell of a muscle babe. I now had noticeably peaked biceps and a full blown six-pack. My F-cup boobs looked even bigger and firmer thanks to the pec muscles I'd been building up.
The only thing growing faster than my muscles was my confidence. I was starting to love the curious stares and lustful gazes I was getting from every man there, as well as most of the women. I went online and bought some super stretchy, rather revealing workout outfits along with a sexy pair of lifting gloves. And also a jumbo jug of protein powder. At the rate I was going through the stuff now I would run out before too long.
