Altitude Limit

I guess I can leave a description for the levels, here we go.

Altitude Limit, a large structure of metal built out in the middle of the ocean. The main portion of the level is situated a loooong way above the ground. I mean on the verge of touching the clouds. Only thing that keeps it from dropping is a large number of high powered rockets supporting the thing! The level is known for its infamous drops of death, sections of sheet metal that break off and fall to the planet below and abundance of flying enemies.
Any clues what it may look like? Think about an almost finished construction site high above the ground.
