"Ready to go, mi amor?" he asked in his rich, deep, latino bass.

"Si, senor!" Sarah replied, and locked the door behind them.

Down on the street they walk the 70 metres to the cafe where, later, a Latin band will make the night air thump with passion. But for now, Sarah and Pedro enjoy their slow, easy stroll, each confident in their size and love for each other, a confidence that makes others notice their glow - and not notice their girth.

Inside the cafe, a familiar waiter greets them, and they take a table...
