She puts you in her shoe

Olivia leans down ad slides off her shoe.
"Ah..." she sighs, "these things are so tight, it feels good to take them off." She smiles at you, "too bad they cant stay off. I think you're going to have a great next few hours. All that sweat and all that stink... you might not even survive to see light outside my shoe again." She chuckles. "Killed by a woman's sole, what a humiliating way to go." With that, she stuffs you into her shoe.
You look up and see her sweaty toes slowly blocking out the light as they slide toward you. You find yourself pinned between the sole of Olivia's shoe and the ball of her foot.
She lifts up her foot and slams it down on to the ground, smashing your helpless body into a pancake. You're surprised that you're not dead, but all the pain tells you that you're stall alive.
"Have fun," she laughs as she walks casually out of the room, each step mashing you more and more.
