In her shoe

When you finally deflate, Morgan is putting on her shoes. you fall into one and roll to the toe. Morgans foot comes in behind you. She curls her toes around you and squeezes you tightly. you try to wriggle free, but to no avail.
Then Morgan says, "So, you're still alive? Good."
"THAT BITCH!" you think, she knew it was you all along.
When she finishes changing, she heads outside to her car. It's a long torturous drive back to her house. When you get there, is someone is waiting for you? If so, who is it?
