Doug wakes up to someone in the house talking. He quietly gets out of bed to see what’s going on. It sounded like it was coming from the living room. He tip toed out into the hallway and saw grandma holding a cheesecake on a plate and a spoon. She was walking to the recliner where Cody fell asleep. She was talking to him but it was weird. She was saying his grandpa’s name which was John. She said stuff like, “ it’s okay John I will get you nice and full.” And, “ My big Man is gonna get nice and fat for me.” Doug inched closer and realized that grandma was sleep walking. He didn’t think it was possible but she was sleep walking and feeding Cody, who was also sleeping. She would bring the spoonful of cheesecake to his lips and he would eat it. Doug found this all too weird.
