Work Boy

Grace walked over to where Jason had been standing just moments ago. He had completely vanished. She looked down on the ground to see a squirming worm, but no Jason. She tried to see if there was someplace he had hidden. It would be just like Jason to jump out and scare her. Then it dawned on Grace. "I just turned that dweeb into a worm," she said to herself with a chuckle. Grace had no idea how it happened, but she was eager to test it out more.

She began to walk away from the worm that used to be Jason. He deserved his fate, hopefully a bird would come and have him for breakfast. Suddenly a mischievous thought came into Grace's mind, and she ran back. With her thumb and forefinger she picked up the worm. It squirmed between her fingers. "Jason, if you are in there, this is for all the times you bullied me." Grace threw back her head and dropped the worm onto her tongue. With a gulp she swallowed it down. Grace smiled at herself, enjoying the thought that she just ate the neighborhood bully.

She quickly ran towards the bus stop, not wanting to miss it again. A teenage boy already stood there waiting for the bus. Grace could not help but notice that he was attractive. The boy was skinny with creamy tan skin and brown hair. Before the bus arrived, Grace decided to test her newly found powers out.
She wished that the boy would…
