Coffee

Within a half hour, Justin finally comes plodding out of his room, still half-asleep. With a loud groan, he collapses face down on the couch. After two years in the same dorm room as him, you probably know more about him than he does.
"Hey, Brian," a muffled call comes from the other room, "Could you-"

"Yeah, yeah, I know, coffee," you call back. He's always exactly like this the morning after a night out drinking with his friends. But this is perfect! Whatever this potion was, this was a perfect opportunity to find out what it does.

The cup of coffee sits in front of you on the counter. The info tag says 1 spoon for down arrow, and 2 for down arrow. You still didn't know what that meant, but nows the time to find out, right?
