The dog chuckled, a low rumbling thunder that rocked you right off your feet, falling onto the expansive leathery pads of the dog's paw. "Okay, okay. Enough with the cocktease act, hon. Set me down so I can unpack before my shorts explode."
Another chuckle rocks your world, half-deafening you as you're lowered all the way to the floor. It takes you several minutes to slide down between his massive digits, jogging clear of his massive paw before it's lifted away, a gentle flick landing the multi-ton cargo container on the floor behind you. It's a good thing it's well insulated or you'd have some broken toys.
You go about busying yourself in the sprawling 'bedroom' under Max's mattress. The whole of New York City could fit in what passes for your quarters, but still you rapidly unpack your belongings into the dressers and shelves provided.
