Once they enter the apartmet...

They enter Minoru's apartment and Minoru switches on the light. This gives him the chance to observe Kan's body again.

The vampire had slimmed down a great deal from the walk back, though he still was quite pudgy.

"So, do you eat normal food too, or do you just drink that stuff from the club?" questioned the elder man, as he sat down.

"I can eat that if I want to, but it doesn't provide any sort of nourishment..." Kan grinned, and his fangs peeked out from under his lip. "I already told you that I won't bite you though, human's taste so dirty nowadays."
