Katie Drops In

"Knock knock? Anyone home?" Katie stands on the porch waiting for someone to answer the door. She then checks to see if the door is unlocked and discovers it is. "Someone is here," thinks Katie as she walks inside. Katie comes over all the time so it is not a big deal if she just walks inside. She hears some commotion in the kitchen so she heads in that direction. As she walks through the living room, Katie notices a strange looking gun on the coffee table. She can't resist and picks it up to check it out. "Is this thing a toy? It is sure made out of some strange metal," she thinks. Katie twirls the gun around in her hand and is amazed by how light the gun is. Just as she turns the corner to go into the kitchen, the gun accidentally goes off in her hand. Alex thinks he hears someone in the living room, so he turns in that direction. Next,
