She test the serum on her

"Remember Misato this is an untested serum their might be some side effects" Ritsuko said as Misato took off her jacket and took a seat on the table.
"What kind of side effects?" Misato asked.
"Oh could be anything...it varies from time to time. I tried on a man once and he just became skinner and skinner until he was bone" Ritsuko said as she prepped a needle and walked over to Misato.
"But what about me?" Misato asked.
"Well their shouldn't be any major changes...maybe you'll grow a second head" Ritsuko said as she jabbed Misato in her right arm.
"That had better me a joke" Misato said as Ritsuko took a few steps away from Misato.
"I was but you might want to brass yourself" Ritsuko said and in the blink of an eye Misato felt everything on her began to exapnd and slowly Misato's close began to rip and shred away.
Misato smiled at her amazing growth and when it was all said and done Misato stood at 7'5, newly enlarged breats and a body like a goddess.
Misato marveled at her new body as she flexed her massive muscles.
"This is great Rits i owe you big time" Misato said over whelmed with joy.
"Well now that you mention it Misato...I could use another test subject" Ritsuko said.
"Another test subject hell just give me another shoot" Misato said imagining herself standing at 15 feet tall covered in muscle.
"If you want another shoot then you might want to brace yourself for a heart attack. No can survive two shoots of this stuff Misato" Ritsuko said as she through away the needle.
"Oh...then who do you want?" Misato asked as Ritsuko smiled and pulled out her cell and began to dial away.
"I have an idea...just make sure he drops by for his...physical" Ritsuko said as tossed her cell over to Misato.
Misato caught the phone and held it up to her ear.
"Hello?" Shinji said from the other line.
"He-hey Shinji its me Misato hey can you do me a favor i need you to come down to Nerv for your-your physical" Misato said hoping Shinji would believe her lie.
"Already...alright I'm heading out. Thanks for the call Misato" Shinji said as hung up the phone.

Shinji walked into Ritsuko's office and saw that the blond hair woman was sitting at her desk typing down her new discovery with the serum she gave to Misato,
"Ah Shinji right on time...please take a seat" Ritsuko said as Shinji did as he was told.
"Just relax I'm just giving you a shoot" Ritsuko said as she pulled a needle form his arm and gently jabbed the needle into Shinji's skin.
"All right Shinji I need to step into the other room for a mintue I'll be back" Ritsuko said as she stepped out of the room leaving a poor boy alone and confused.
Ritsuko walked into her back room with a secret security camera that would spy on her room and Misato was also in the room watching Shinji with Ritsuko.
"Are you sure he's going to be alright you said this stuff can vary" Misato said.
"Well the truth is it makes women stronger while it can make men have other abilites...that was my last vile and I need something to pitch to Nerv if i want to keep my job and Shinji was the perfect test subject" Ritsuko said as she watched Shinji lye down on the table.
Minutes went by and nothing seemed to happen.
"Well that was a waste of time...alright Misato time for you two get out of my office if something was going to happen to Shinji it would have happen" Ritusko said as she stood up from her chair and stormed out of the room.
"Doctor is" Shinji was about to ask a mind went blank as the seven foot amazon stepped out with Ritsuko.
"Okay Shinji all your vital signs are normal you can go home" Ritsuko said as she pushed her chair out of her way as she stormed out of the room but unfortunately she pushed the chair in Misato's direction and thus began a series of unfortunate events as Misato stepped forward she stepped on the chair and slipped and fell forward towards Shinji who just looked at Misato in wonder.
Ritsuko turned around when she heard a loud crash and saw that Misato had fallen and collapsed her table.
"Misato are you alright?" Ritsuko asked as she ran over to her friend and helped her sit up.
"I'm actually okay I didn't feel a thing" Misato said as she sat on her knees and looked at her old freind.
"Another wonder of my wonder drug...but where's Shinji?" Ritsuko asked as she looked down at where Misato had fallen and saw that there's was no remains of Shinji.
"Uh Rits i think i found him" Misato said as Ristuko turned around and watched as Misato peeled a flat boy off her chest.
"Well that was unexpected and it could have been worse" Ritsuko said with a small chuckle.
"Worse! Ritsuko look at him i crushed him and he's as flat as ever what did you do to him?" Misato asked as she hugged Shinji into her chest crushing the poor boy further.
"Well i did warn you this did have crazy side effects i guess my wonder drug made Shinji into human rubber and Misato i think your crushing him" Ritsuko said as Misato quickly let go of the young boy.
"Shinji I'm so sorry are okay?" Misato asked.
"Well considering the fact that I was a genie pig, I'm now made of rubber, and you falling on top of me I think I'm just fine" Shinji said as he enjoyed the embrace of the seven foot goddess.
"Amazing everything in him is made of rubber I think i can work with this" Ritsuko said as she smiled at Misato and Shinji.
"Rits don't stand their get me a pump or something" Misato yelled.
"Where am i going to get something like that fifty feet underground?" Ritsuko asked.
"Oh fine I'll do it" Misato said as she shoved Shinji's lips onto hers and slowly Misato began to breath through her nose and out of her mouth re-inflating the poor boy.
"Wow that was different" Shinji said as he smiled at the tall mighty amazon.
"Well now that your all better i think its time we all ran some tests" Ritsuko said with a small smile.
