The Attacker

With all the power you can muster, you swing your medical kit at his incoming face. With a smashing hit, you send the contents of the medical kit spilling onto the floor. The force of the blow causes him to recoil, allowing you to break free from his grasp. That moment of freedom is quickly compromised, as the man quickly recovers from the strike closes the gap between the both of you. In a clumsy attempt to grap you, he grasps onto your shoulders, his hand scrunching up the fabric of your shirt.

With two strong hands, you clamp them around his throat, keeping his snapping mouth at bay. His skin is cold, and you can feel the rough and dried tissue of his neck wound. Growling, you shift your musles to the right, releasing your grip and tossing your attacker against a wall. As his body smacks against the surface of the wall, he slides down into a sitting posistion on the floor. With his head fully exposed, do you...
